Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Closio is a sales automation service operated by Emiko ("we", "us"). Contact: support@emiko.io.

2. Your account

You sign up with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use Closio only for lawful B2B sales activity.

3. What Closio does with your data

Closio accesses your Gmail, Google Calendar, and (optionally) joins your video meetings via a transcription bot so we can automate your follow-up work. We store meeting transcripts, email history, and lead information in our database to provide this service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

  • No spam: you will only contact prospects where you have a legitimate business reason.
  • Respect opt-outs. Honor "stop" / "unsubscribe" requests immediately.
  • No illegal, discriminatory, or harassing messages.
  • Follow email regulations in your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or damage our sender reputation.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Founding pricing is EUR 1,500 setup + EUR 1,200/month. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days notice for existing customers.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the leads, emails, and transcripts you put into Closio. We only use this data to operate the service for you, and to improve the service in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

7. AI output disclaimer

Closio uses AI to draft emails and analyze meetings. You are the sender of every email. You must review drafts before approving. AI can be wrong, and Emiko is not liable for the content of emails you approve and send.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@emiko.io. Upon cancellation we stop sending on your behalf and delete your data within 30 days on request.

9. Liability

Closio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or indirect damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
